Annual General Meeting
Event information
We will be holding the club's Annual General Meeting on 30th January. Originally the meeting was planned to be held on February 13th, however due to a clash of dates with a Go Kart Club race meeting we have now had to change the meeting to 30th January. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend, the club will be providing finger food and soft drinks, alcohol is BYO. Please RSVP to Johan Lourens (0414 773 103) or Peter Price (0410 462 938) to assist with planning for catering numbers.
Attached is a Nomination form for the Executive and Committee members for 2021, please download and fill out the form. You can then either email the completed form to waggadistrictcarclub@gmail.com or post to PO Box 384 Wagga Wagga 2650. Also attached is a list of current financial members of the club, please refer to the list when filling out your nomination form as only current financial members as eligible to hold positions.
