Gundillawah Khanacross
Event information
The WDCC will be conducting a khanacross at Gundillawah on Saturday the 21st November 2020.
Please be aware of the following COVID-19 Information and Guidelines:
• Anyone feeling unwell and exhibiting symptoms of Covid 19 should not attend the event.
• Anyone who in the 14 days prior to the event have attended any of the reported case locations listed on the NSW Health website (nsw.gov.au/covid-19/latestnews-and-updates) or Victoria should not attend the event.
• Only those acting as officials or competing are encouraged to attend the event. All other spectators are discouraged from attending, with the exception of parents or guardians facilitating the participation of Junior (under 18) competitors.
• All attendees must adhere to social distancing protocols.
• Masks are not compulsory but recommended.
• The organisers will supply hand sanitiser at the event.
• The sharing of helmets or gloves amongst competitors is forbidden.
• When arriving and parking at the venue please spread out around the paddock and avoid mingling in groups.
• Upon arrival at the venue all attendees must fill in the Attendance Register which will be located at the Event headquarters.
• The organisers will not be providing any food or drink at the venue. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own food and drink and not share with others.
• All competitors are encouraged to enter and pay online prior to the event. The organisers will have EFTPOS facilities at the venue to assist with contactless payment.
• All attendees are encouraged to download and use the COVIDsafe-app.
ADDITIONAL EVENT INFORMATION
To compete you require membership of a CAMS affilliated club. To join Wagga & District Car Club you can do this anytime through our wesbite.
Competitors also require a current CAMS or AASA licence. These can be purchased online at www.cams.com.au.or www.aasa.com.au. Please bring evidence on the day i.e. licence card or receipt if not yet received.
Please note; all junior documentation must be signed by a parent/guardian.
Payment prior to the event is preferred, however payments will be accepted on the day in the form of EFTPOS.
