ADDITIONAL EVENT INFORMATION

All events must now be registered/entered online. Entries will be taken after the close of entries, ONLY if the field limit has not been met. ENTRIES CLOSE - MONDAY 23RD JANUARY 2017  (Late entries WILL incur a $20 late fee).

NO LATE FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO ONLINE ENTRIES (DUE TO DELAY IN APROVED PAPERWORK) - ANY ENTRIES RECEIVED ON THE DAY, HOWEVER WILL BE CHARGED THE LATE FEE OF $20

If you require WDCC club membership, please return to the membership page and join prior to completing event registration. (This is a multi-club event and competitors may be members of other CAMS affiliated clubs - proof of membership must be shown at documentation)

CAMS LICENCES - may be purchased on the day, download licence application and complete prior to arriving at the event.

Alternatively, adult competitors can obtain licences and pay online at www.cams.com.au PLEASE BRING YOUR RECEIPT TO DOCUMENTATION

JUNIORS - new licence applications must be downloaded, signed by parent/guardian and purchased on the day of the event. A receipt will be issued

ENTRY FORM - the online entry is your entry for the event. A hard copy disclaimer will be at the event for signing.

PLEASE NOTE: Juniors will need to download the parental/guardian consent and have pre-signed by parent/guardian and submit signed consent at documentation

PAYMENTS - EFT by Monday 23rd January 2017, PIN Payments by Monday 23rd January 2017 (CASH/CHQ ON THE DAY, PLEASE TICK THIS OPTION IN THE EVENT REGISTRATION)

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS (LICENCE APPLICATION, UNDER 18 AUTHORITY) COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE EVENT AND BRING TO EVENT DOCUMENTATION. THIS WILL SAVE TIME FOR OUR LIMITED OFFICIALS ON THE DAY.
